Fast and friendly. Brought a ring in to get resized, outstanding customer service, took great care of my ring, came out the perfect size and polished to look brand new. I was having trouble finding a place that would size a ring to a quarter size and they assured me that was no problem and it now fits perfect! 2 day turn around on the week of Thanksgiving, you can’t beat it! Will definitely be going back for any future repairs.

I was able to use their online messaging system to ask about rates, and they were very prompt to reply asking all the right questions, offered very reasonable rates, and said they could fix it within the few days I have in the area. Once I got there, they said the goldsmith was on site, and he could do it right away. Took 10minutes for a perfect repair
